T S c1750 Tongs This mark is attributed to Thomas Stodard I of Newcastle. The tongs on which it was seen had only maker's mark and lion passant, the latter appearing to me to be a London lion of the type used 1739-1755.

Watch case Attribution is from GrimwadeGrimwade, Arthur - London Goldsmiths, 1697-1837: Their Marks and Lives,  Faber & Faber, 1990. This mark not mentioned by PriestleyPriestley, Philip T. - British Watch Case Makers 1670 to 1970,  NAWCC, 2018, but he does include a mark "TSB, fleur-de-lys over" for Thomas Stilwell & Thomas Burridge (registered Dec 1763) so this may be Thomas Stilwell.
